AT & T sucks. Their service is terrible - they are full of empty promises that will never come through on. They have messed up our account a lot of time and money seems to get lost every time. Although each month the amount of money they owed us more than we owed them to continue to our account, they are not made by credit or refund, unless a promise to do so. Refund we've promised to us for more than 2 months. Every time I request them, transfer them from department to department. I remember one time sitting on the phone for 2 hours with just a simple question - what is happening with our funds. AT & T cellphone is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I can not wait for contract to end so that I can close the book with them. We plan to initally have a package for the internet, homephone, phone and cable with them. They sent us all the equipment to install themselves without the code, etc., after they promised that "the technical support engineers will soon be here." Cable to this day, have never been given to us, and evern no explanation has been given to us as the reason for this service has not been given, even though we called and called many times about this. Then when we receive the bill was 3 times greater than the amount they are guaranteed to our package. Our AT & T Internet has come down more than that to work and when it works, we have many problems with it. AT & T is a waste of time and money. I will recommend a service provider other than AT & T. I will encourage AT & T to learn something about customer service and learn about follow-up and customer satisfaction. I have an account with Sprint and Metro PCS in another country and have never had any issues with the company. I highly recommend that you do not take the servce with the AT & T - Sprint is not to select or Metro. They are cheap and the service that much better.
